Aaron Jeffery
Logie Award-winning New Zealand actor Aaron C. Jeffery is from Australia. He is most famous for his roles as Terry Watson in Water Rats, as Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters and as Matt "Fletch" Fletcher in Wentworth. He was born in Howick, Auckland, Jeffery relocated to Australia at the age of 17 and studied acting at NIDA. After graduating from NIDA and NIDA, he started his television career with the children's series Ship to Shore. Jeffery is best known for his part in McLeod's Daughters as Alex Ryan. He left the show in 2008. He was also a part of the third season of New Zealand drama Outrageous Fortune. Jeffery was the lead character Frank in Underbelly: Badness. Filming was completed on June 22nd. Three days later, it was announced Jeffery was joining the crew of Neighbours as Bradley Fox for two months. It was discovered in October that Jeffery was assigned to be an Wentworth corrections officer. Bevan Lee's show Between Two Worlds starred Jeffery. In April 2021 , it was revealed that Jeffery was to appear on Pieces of Her, a Netflix thriller series adapted from the Karin Slaughter book. In 2004 and 2007, Jeffery won the Silver Logie for the Most Popular actor in the Drama Series for his performance on McLeod's Daughters.
