Rachel Emily Nichols

Rachel Emily Nichols was the daughter of Alison Nichols and James Nichols. She was born in Augusta Maine. Nichols is French Canadian and English descent. Cony High School, Augusta is where she earned the highest jump medal. She was a student at Columbia University in New York City in which she graduated with a double major in math and economics. She began modeling, and launched her career in the industry with work with a number of prestigious companies, including Guess?, Abercrombie & Fitch and L'Oreal. Rachel was able to move into acting after securing a role on the HBO situation comedy Sex and the City (1998) at her very first audition. She made her film debut as Jessica Matthews in the prequel Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd (2003). The film's success was further enhanced by performances in projects such like The Amityville Horror (2005), The Inside (2005), Alias (2001), G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2008), Criminal Minds (2006) (a recurring role as the FBI Agent Ashley Seaver role) and Conan the Barbarian (2011). Columbia University was her graduation with a double major in economics and math. She played the main character Kiera Cameron as a police officer in the science fiction film Continuum (2012). She was a model for Guess?, Abercrombie & Fitch and L'Oreal. Received the first role she auditioned for as the restaurant hostess for Sex and the City (1998). A body double was used for her sex scenes in Conan the Barbarian (2011). Her father has English and French-Canadian ancestry. Her maternal grandfather was of three-quarters Italian and one-quarter German origin, while her maternal grandmother was of English, Scottish and Northern Irish ancestry. Both Nichols along with Star Trek (2009) star Zoe Saldana, went on to work for Stephen Lang. Saldana worked with Lang in Avatar (2009); Nichols together with Lang in Conan the Barbarian (2011). She was engaged to Michael Kershaw, a real property developer, on December 30th 2013. She is naturally blonde.

Pollyanna McIntosh grew up in Portugal and Colombia before returning to her birthplace of Scotland, where she first began performing, on stage in The Edinburgh Festival.
